Family Traditions
This weekend we went to Marysvale, Ut.
Why?
To cut Christmas Trees!
This tradition started way before I was ever born. It's apart of being a Monson, something that we just do, something we love to do, it's about being with our family, it's an awesome tradition! I'm so glad that I went this year. I haven't gone in forever!

Kayden and Michelle found the perfect tree for the kids. Kayden was thrilled to have Mom help cut it down.
Looking out over the top. Beautiful!

Tate and Camille.

Dad loading the trailer. Somewhere in those trees is Michelle.? I think?

Michelle, Tyler and Clinton

Kendra, Mike and little Ellie

Michelle. Alicia and Savannah

Uncle Warren found a bull elk that had died about a year ago. Kayden and Travis where totally excited about this little treasure. Clinton played a trick on Tyler and hide behind a tree with the antlers. Michelle tells Tyler that there is an Elk. It was so funny to watch his little face, he grabbed the nearest leg and hide. His little face was priceless!!! Good job on freaking your kid out, to funny!

My family doesn't really follow the rules. Glad there wasn't a Sheriff in site. Five kids without helmets! But they had tons of fun!

Loading up to go home.

My little Sister

Camille and Karin
Guessing on the age but I think Camille is about 7 and I'm 12?

Fast forward 20 years!
Karin and Camille

As most of you know "Camille Lee Button" got married!

I sit here reflecting, my heart is swelling, and I'm really at a loss for what I want to say.
It's been a whirlwind of activity and planning this last few weeks. Until the day before the wedding I really did nothing. That's because I have this little sister who planned, bossed and got it all done! She is amazing and I wouldn't even put her in the "bridezilla" category. She did get some amazing helpers on her side. Kudos to Dad, Michelle, Angie, Clinton and Travis and everyone one else that helped as well. It wouldn't have happened without your early morning rise and sore muscles. hehe! But your efforts and hard work made Camille's day. She was NOT stressing and let us take over. She didn't even panick when her zipper broke. She was a very happy bride.
The wedding turned out beautiful, the weather was good, the food was good, and Camille and Cameron where surrounded by those that love them dearly.

Camille and Dad walking down.
Dad's wearing his sandals, I swear he told Travis he was going to wear his river clothes.
What happened Dad? You chickened out?

Brides Parents

Look at that smile!
The wedding ceremony was beautiful. Cameron and Camille had the honor of having his father, Jinx marry them. Cameron's Dad spoke about marriage, love and relationships. Very beautiful words where spoken and such love and devotion. Made me cry.
Camille,
I love you. Seeing and being apart of this has been so special to me. I'm truelly happy for you. Cameron is an amazing, loving person and I can't wait to watch you guys grow and play!
Love, Karin

Favorite Aunt Karin

I'm not really the favorite.

I've always loved being an Aunt. Totally think that I was born to be the favorite Aunt!!! Ask anyone in my family. I always say to my Nephews and Nieces " Your favorite Aunt Karin? " Haha! It doesn't work, not at all. They run right by me to there favorite Uncle Travis. Good thing I love him and don't mind a bit that they do.

We watch the twins every once and awhile and our house is always full of laughter and giggles.

They say and do the cutest things.

Chloe will sit on Travis' lap while he reads to her. They have the most interesting conversations about what animals they both are. Then there is Tate. That boy is bundles of energy, totally hilarious, goof ball galore.

We took them over night a couple weekends ago. Just looking through the pictures and thought I'd post them.

Tate crawling all over Travis at story time.

Playing horse. Chloe totally loved this.

Chloe loves Travis to read to her every time they come over.
Please note. Not me! To funny!

I love that they love him so much but I'm the one with the food so I'm still loved :)

Peace out you two crazies!

Family Photo Time
I have the most amazing , talented, uniquely her own photographer.
My great and fabulous sister in law.
Angie Monson
She took us up American Fork Canyon, dealt with Savannah unwilling to smile, me and Travis getting irritated about the unwillingness, two teenage girls, the time crunch we put her under and poof- MAGIC!
Just want to say thanks !
Now I'm asking everyone who sees this to give me your opinion? Which one do I print?
