Horse Tail Falls

Alpine

May 25, 2009

Monday me and my family went hiking up to Horse Tail falls. I don't get alot of opprotunities to do things with my family. I was so excited. It was the first time going hiking after a long winter. I thought that I was going to die but I was totally fine. That gives me hope for all the hikes I want to do this summer. I have to give kudos to my Savannah Bannana she made it to the top and she didn't die. Thanks to her buddy, Dad!

We had so much fun with Tate and Chloe. They are so very cute and have personality galore. Uncle Cameron won them over and I think he carried at least one of them all the way up. Brownie points for you. Mike, Kendra, Warren, Anthony, and Angie came as well. We had fun goofin off, making each other laugh and just getting to know each other better. It really was a perfect day for a hike. Thanks for the great memories!

I love my family.

Goblin Valley
We cancelled the trip down the river but that's not going to stop us from having a little fun. We took the kids over to Goblin Valley. It was raining cats and dogs but we where already soaked so what's the harm in some more rain. It was so much fun walking down into the valley and pretty much sliding all the way down. It was fun to be there in the rain. We always go when its hot and dry. The kids climbed, fell and slipped all over the place! Way fun! I thought it was even funnier that Travis kept telling the kids not to get dirty! Hello! Earth to Travis we're in a mud pit!

Alicia- just getting up from falling in the mud.

Kayden loved crawling, climbing and exploring!

Totally soaked, her clothes are still outside covered in dirt. I don't know if the washer can handle that mud.

It was wet and cold but very beautiful!
